Easily Accessible Exhibition Venue

Sandy Park has over 1500m² of exhibition space, plus other suites ideal for catering or break-out rooms. 

Our convenient location by Junction 30 of the M5 and close proximity to train and air transport links, as well as the cathedral city of Exeter, makes Sandy Park an ideal venue for hosting exhibitions and trade shows.

The Exeter Suite is our largest space with nearly 700m² of floor space. It also boasts four Panasonic SOLID SHINE laser projectors with 4m x 2.25m screens, two projector screens, five large plasma screens, natural day-light, air conditioning and full disabled access. 

The County Suite sits adjacent to the Exeter, offering an ideal room for a secondary exhibition space or reception/breakout area. 

Both suites boast direct vehicular access for delivery of products and equipment, providing a hassle free unloading and loading service.  Further suites are available on the second floor, suitable for smaller exhibitions or for extra room requirements, all of which have lift access.

In April 2022 we opened the new, state-of-the-art £36m The Sandy Park Hotel, run by the Marriot group, offering customers and clients of Sandy Park a fabulous location to base themselves whilst with us.

The 250-bed, eight-story development. provides leisure facilities on the entry floor, which also includes a lounge, a snack and coffee bar. The Jewel in the crown of the hotel is a rooftop cocktail bar, together with a spectacular restaurant that boasts picturesque views down the River Exe Estuary and towards Torbay.
