The Exeter Suite

The Exeter Suite is our largest suite on site & boasts 3 state of the art data projectors, 6 plasma screens, natural daylight, fully air-conditioned & private bar. The room has held host to a number of large scale events including award shows, exhibitions, gala evenings & the Exeter Rugby Clubs annual end of season dinner

One of the most interesting & practical features of the Exeter Suite is that it can be split into two rooms, each of these rooms comfortably seating up to 220 guests. This feature of the Exeter Suite lends itself very well to meetings or events that require either a separate breakout space, networking zone or catering area

The Estuary Suite

The Estuary Suite is our second largest suite on site, which alike the Exeter Suite, comprises of its own integral bar, data projector, plasma screen, fully disabled accessible with natural daylight overlooking our Premiership Rugby Stadium grounds & out across to the picturesque Exe Estuary

An extremely practical feature of the Estuary Suite is that is can be divided in half lengthways by one main moveable wall to make 6 Seminar Suites, all of which, have moveable walls themselves - a fantastic room should your require several breakout or syndicate rooms

The County Suite

The County Suite is one of our most versatile suites on site, situated on the first floor with natural daylight, fully air-conditioned and offers a large internal bar along with state of the art data projector & 2 plasma screens

The County Suite is situated adjacent from the Exeter Suite therefore is an ideal room to either provide a reception, registration or breakout area for any event taking place in the Exeter Suite

The Chiefs Suite

The Chiefs Suite is located on the second floor & can comfortably seat a maximum of 100 guests. This suite is similar in size to the County Suite which features its own private bar, disabled accessible, fully air-conditioned and naturally day-lit over looking our Premiership Rugby Stadium grounds & out across to the Exe Estuary

The Chiefs Suite is situated adjacent from the Estuary Suite therefore is an ideal room to either provide a reception, registration or breakout area for any event taking place in the Estuary Suite

Seminar Suites

We have five Seminar Suites at Sandy Park, four of which have moveable walls & can enable the following room configurations & guest capacities:

-   1 Seminar Suite: maximum of 15 guests

-   2 Seminar Suites: maximum of 30 guests

-   3 Seminar Suites: maximum of 45 guests

-   4 Seminar Suites: maximum of 55 guests

All of our Seminar Suites are most suited to the smaller more intimate meeting. All of which are naturally day-lit and over look our Rugby Stadium grounds

Boardroom

Situated on the second floor, the Boardroom is an ideal room for 20 guests. Naturally day-lit & fully air-conditioned the Boardroom boasts an impressive view over the Rugby Stadium grounds & out across to the Exe Estuary
