Absolutely everything ran like clockwork. We were of course blessed with fantastic weather so the whole evening started off beautifully. Arrival drinks were served really well and very pleasantly. The food, as always was first class and the service was excellent.
We always feel we deliver a great evening but have never had so many compliments as we had on Saturday. It was all perfect and everyone really seemed up for enjoying themselves. I have already had a really appreciative email in from the daughter of one of the birthday ladies who wants to reserve her table for next year!!
The total icing on the cake too was that we have raised in excess of £15,000 which in these times is completely amazing.
Thank you all sooooooooooo much and yes we are already thinking of 23rd June 2012!

Hi June - a big THANK YOU to all your staff on Saturday night, the evening ran smoothly, it was enjoyed by everyone and the food again was excellent.
The casino went down very well, everyone had a good time betting on the roulette wheel and black jack.
It was a shame that the weather was not kinder so that we could have used the piazza like last year, however the Chiefs Suite worked just as well.
Now back to business, please forward your invoice and also book us in for next year.

Hi Bev and June - many thanks to you and all the team for another excellent day yesterday. It all went flawlessly, except for a couple of technical hitches with our own equipment at the start - a "thingy" in the wrong USB port (?)

We're looking to book our next conference now - sometime during week commencing 12th December. It'll be the same format as before, but to start at 8am with bacon butties and finish after lunch. Hi Bev - Please pass on our thanks to everyone involved in last nights do.......everything from the food to the service to the disco went down a storm.
Our race was a huge success and our function at Sandy Park finished the day off perfectly.............300 coppers aren't known to give many compliments but they were blown away.
Mark Foster and Herbie Stupple got really immersed in the occasion too and were a credit to the club and rugby in general so please pass on my personal thanks to them......

Hi June - can I just say how impressed I was with the organisation and staff when we hosted the National Cross Country recently. Whilst my duties were away from Sandy Park, I had "bigged" it up to the other forces and then sort of kept my fingers crossed for a good evening!
When we arrived the bar staff and waiting staff were smiley and polite, the food deserves a special mention. As someone who trained as a Chef many years ago, I was very impressed with the standard of meal as were all the guests on my table.
All in all an exceptional evening which many have commented was the best "do" for years. Whilst I am now relegated to my standing spot on the north terrace and hog roast half time, I would recommend Sandy Park to anyone thinking of hosting an event.
