Dear June - I am writing to say thank you, to all the Sandy Park team, for working so hard to ensure that the Pennon Annual General Meeting went so smoothly yesterday. All of your staff present a very professional image and provide a first class service.
We would like to make a provisional booking for our next year's AGM, booking the venue for both the day of the AGM and day before, as we did for this year.

Just a quick note to thank you very much for your help in organising the Ball last night. Everyone attending had a lovely evening and the food was delicious - please pass on our thanks to your catering team, the meal serving and timings went well and the main course was hot, which we appreciate is always difficult for large functions.
Please extend our thanks to your staff both those we met on Saturday when we took the floral decorations and raffle prizes out and to those helping on the evening. The evening was a success and we have raised more money for my nominated charity.
I would not hesitate in recommending the venue for similar functions.

Good morning June - I hope you had a lovely weekend. Thank you for letting us use Sandy Park to hold our Charity Ball on Friday night. The evening was a great success and raised over £2000 for the East Devon Quality of Life Fund for Cystic Fibrosis.
I would like to send my special thanks to your staff, they are a wonderful team, very welcoming and helpful. They managed our late running issue brilliantly and everyone commented on how lovely the food was and that it was hot. So well done to the kitchen staff and waiting staff, thank you for being patient with us. Plus thanks to Leanne for helping clear up all my rose petals and pearls! Much appreciated!
I found the event easy to put on at Sandy Park and even when things ran a bit tight to start time the staff all rallied round to help us out.
I would recommend Sandy Park to people and hope to use you again in the near future.

Just thought I would send you a quick note to say a big Thank you to you and all your staff for the excellent evening we had on Saturday.
Everything went well, the food was delicious, wine very nice, and the service was excellent a special thank you to the young lady that organised your serving staff she was very organised. All the feedback I have received was very positive and Michelle was very impressed, no negative feedback at all from any of the guests.
The Entertainment was excellent thanks for recommending them to us. I think our Operations Director will try to book for his wedding next year.

Dear June - my wife Wendy and I were invited to attend Sandy Park on Saturday 22nd May to mark my 20 years with Stagecoach along with many others that were celebrating that and much more.
This being my first, I had no other experience with which to compare, but I have to say that it was without doubt the best evening I have enjoyed for many years. From our arrival to our regrettable departure we were treated with the same regard and professiionalism that I imagine Royalty would enjoy.
From the bar on the patio outside the Conference Centre to the Estuary Suite upstairs, from the friendly welcome to our bon voyage we felt as though we had won first prize in something quite grand. We cannot praise you and your staff enough for providing us with a wonderful and totally unforgettable evening. Wendy and I have been to Sandy Park before and had enjoyed a quiz evening organised by Friends of Exeter Rugby Club, and Wendy is a season ticket holder and member so enjoys great games of rugby on weekend home games, but last Saturday evening was something quite different.
The menu was something I had expected only to see on an episode of Masterchef and the food was presented so well and tasted superbly, we could have happily eaten it again.
I spoke with many of my colleagues and some of the Stagecoach management team about our evening and each and every one of them said exactly the same thing; that we all had a truly excellent time at Sandy Park and look forward to visiting you again soon.

Hi Lesley - the venue was actually superb and no-one felt it was inappropriate or inaccessible in any way.
The hospitality was excellent and the food plentiful. Coffee was provided in a timely way and unobtrusively. The facilities including microphones all carefully explained by helpful staff. All in all, nothing was too much trouble. As I said, there was nothing negative about the day.
