Generally we were well satisfied. Everything was well set up beforehand and I was very grateful to Tom for being available to help with last minute arrangements
The food arrived promptly and delegates seemed to be very happy to tuck in! The biscuits receive special mention - I saw people loading up their plate with three or four at a time and I must confess I had quite a few myself!
The event went smoothly from start to finish and our present intention would be to hold the event at Sandy Park again next year

I haven't had the opportunity to go through the evaluation forms from our delegates yet but the feedback I've been given by our own members of staff who attended the training course has been as good as ever. They said you were helpful as usual and the food/catering was very good indeed

We enjoyed another successful evening at Sandy Park last night and thank you for all the help that you have given me during the last 3 months, and especially during the last hectic days of changes
Nick and his team did a first class job throughout the dinner and what seemed late into this morning! Some people were in no hurry to leave
The food was at its usual high standard and arrived in good time and the staff I dealt with were efficient and eager to please
The rugby ball that you so kindly found for us was auctioned and raised £75 for the North Devon Chemo appeal. Brilliant!
I think we have a provisional on the 14th March next year. This will most likely be the date and I will let you know exactly as soon as I know
Good heavens, that was our sixth year at Sandy Park! I hope you will give us a very special deal for our seventh year, and I will then be able to fill the room again and bring you more business

It was not just the food which was excellent or the service which was very professional. A number said last night, and more are emailing me today to say how much they enjoyed your talk. It was polished and interesting and conveyed well the honest, enthusiastic and clear ambition of the whole of the Chiefs’ set up, on and off the park

Yesterday was a great success and a large contributor to this was the venue and staff.
Special recognition must go to Craig for whom no request was an issue and resolved any issues as they occurred. Having someone like him as an event contact certainly makes things run smoothly.

Well, well, well, done to you two! We are still having the odd person here and there praising the Christmas Dinner 2011. It was a resounding success. I personally would like to extend a big thank you to Magda who managed the meal and waiting staff, she did a sterling job and we were all capitvated with the precision of the waiters and waitresses, as they served up the food. Someone mentioned that it felt like a Military Operation! Everyone was so impressed that there was no delay with anyone sitting and waiting, while the rest of the table had been served.
I also want to single out your Function Manager, he was brilliant in that I just had to look up in his direction and he was aware that I wanted to speak with him and I did not even have to signal by raising my hand. He also coped with the "Rowdy" bunch whom I had warned him about and they were no trouble this year, and he monitored the wine that we had organised this year and it was not abused.
Thank you for the function and all the hard work put in by Sandy Park. We are certainly looking forward to Christmas 2012, and planning the next Dinner. Many thanks
